No Exercise

So your goals become much more attainable if you do a little of both. Losing weight with diet is ok, but the added bonus of exercise means you’ll retain your bone density and energy levels, which you’re definitely going to need on your big day.

You’ll be much more successful with your pre wedding diet if you go into it with specific goals. Knowing how many pounds or inches you want to drop tells you exactly how much effort you have to put into your diet plan before wedding.

Your wedding diet plan should start as early as possible. With a goal in place, you can set smaller daily or weekly goals such as reducing bad foot intake and increasing aerobic exercise.

It feels so good to reward yourself at the end of a hard week. You followed through with your wedding diets and workout plans and its time to let yourself off the hook for a day.

This is acceptable, but only if you actually are sticking to your weightloss for wedding plan AND if you don’t overdo it.

Cheat days are designed to help you avoid binging. If you go overboard on your cheat day, you’ll have trouble getting back into the swing of things and could derail all of your efforts.

How to lose weight for wedding shouldn’t be the priority? Your main goal should be losing unwanted fat, replacing it with muscle, and keeping mentally fit and energetic while doing so. The number on the scale isn’t important, it’s your overall health and fitness that counts.
