Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon
  • purple cabbage, shredded
  • carrots, shredded
  • cucumber, sliced
  • avocado, diced
  • edamame beans
  • cilantro

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Directions:

  1. Add rice to the bottom of your bowls.
  2. Top with your favorite toppings.
  3. Add the smoked salmon.
  4. Whisk together your dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the bowls.
