Dips are a popular party dish (and we all discourage double dipping).

Vegan Ranch Veggie Dip

Ranch DipThis vegan ranch veggie dip recipe is healthy, easy, and takes just 5 minutes to make! Creamy, tangy, and irresistibly delicious, with this dip, you will want to snack on veggies all the time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups plain vegan yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried chives
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon agave
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Add everything to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Serve with your favorite veggies!
Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 3 – 5 days. If the dip separates a bit after storing, just give it another stir before serving.

Vegan 7 Layer Taco Dip

You’ll love this healthy vegan 7 layer taco dip with guacamole, black beans, crunchy lettuce and salsa! Easy 10-minute party food recipe bursting with color and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 2 red bell peppers finely chopped
  • 2 green onions diced
  • 2 cups lettuce shredded
  • ½ cup chunky tomato salsa
  • ½ cup vegan nacho cheese
  • ½ cup black olives diced
  • 8-10 fresh cilantro leaves to garnish
  • ½ lime juiced
  • Tortilla chips to serve

Directions

  1. Get a 9-inch glass bowl or container and start layering all of your ingredients. Put the guacamole at the bottom, followed by the black beans, bell peppers, green onion and lettuce.
  2. Next, add all of the toppings: tomato salsa, vegan nacho cheese sauce, olives and cilantro.
  3. You can drizzle your vegan 7 layer dip with some fresh lime juice or adjust to your preferences otherwise.
  4. Cover and refrigerate to chill for about half an hour or serve immediately alongside tortilla chips and veggies!
