How to make Buffalo Chicken Dip Bites
Ingredients:
For the Filling:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Bites:
- 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
- Chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish, optional)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled blue cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a heaping tablespoon of the buffalo chicken filling on the wide end of each triangle.
