Scruples Haircare is part of the Beauty Elite Group in Houston and has recently announced their brand-new Tea Tree Collection. This collection features a Tea Tree Refreshing Shampoo and Conditioner as well as a Nourishing Hair Oil. Tea Tree oil cleanses natural buildup and dead skin in the scalp.
