If you were to compile a list of all the foods that contain nutritious value to us, it would be very long. But to take some key examples, the following staple goods are beneficial to your health and good to make a part of your diet: coconut, avocado, asparagus, eggs, fish, root vegetables and certain nuts. Many of these ingredients are good for preventing inflammatory-based diseases and boosting other body vitals.

Probably one of the most commonly used vegetables in cooking, garlic is also an incredible health-booster.
